Square Enix… And The Chaos Rings

image Sentinels of the Starry Skies was an easy trademark to decipher. We have another discovery that isn’t as obvious.

Square Enix also registered Chaos Rings in Europe, but for what? Alone Chaos Rings sounds pretty generic for a title. Perhaps, it’s a subtitle for an existing intellectual property. Let’s try some for fun! SaGa: Chaos Rings (nah), Crystal Defenders: Chaos Rings (possibly), Kane & Lynch: Chaos Rings (hey, it’s a Square Enix property now!).

  • Maybe they’re bringing back Mint from Threads of Fate, replacing her hoops with “chaos rings”. I could go for a return to action RPGs a la that game or the original Brave Fencer Musashi. Don’t let me down, Square! =)

    Gyromancer: Chaos Rings

I have no idea what it might be, but well played with the header image.
