Tournament of Legends Brings A Mythology Brawl To Wii

High Voltage Software and Sega are teaming up on another Wii game. This one is different from The Conduit, though. Tournament of Legends is a fighting game with mythological characters.

 

This game’s roster has a valkyrie, minotaur, gorgon, stone golem, and gladiator. Wait a gladiator? Could Tournament of Legends be a retooled, less bloody version of Gladiator A.D. which High Voltage brought to E3 last year?

 

 

Or maybe High Voltage Software is making two fighting games for the Wii. If they are, Tournament of Legends is coming out first. Sega will publish Tournament of Legends on May 18.

    Screens look worse than Soul Calibur 2, and I can still play that on my Wii.

    Wasn't HVS supposed to make some good graphics for the Wii? Not that I ever really thought so, as The Conduit doesn't look nearly as good as people hyped it to.

    Has more in common with Punch-Out I think, looking at it, it's really noticeable in it's dodges. Not really my thing, but just figured I'd throw that out there.

    I had an idea for a fighting game with the presidents of the United States. Good to know that that idea is still up for grabs.

    dont look at the screens look at the video i mean look at cod in screens looks like a ps1 game lol infact it still looks like crap in gameplay 2 good game though this game on the other hand looks slow and boreing

    Gladiator A.D. is goretastic. Tournament of Legends, given the fantasy setting, may not be.

    That's why I brought up the idea that High Voltage may have toned down Gladiator A.D. and turned into into Tournament of Legends to appeal to a broader audience.
