Busou Shinki: Battle Masters Mk. 2 has a total of five new characters. Eukrante, Ianeria, and Tsugaru were previously revealed. Konami announced today Estoril and Jill Rivers are in the PSP game as well.

Busou Shinki: Battle Masters Mk. 2 Launches In September With Two More FightersAdditional characters will be available as paid downloadable content, but Konami did not specify which ones. That will happen after Busou Shinki: Battle Masters Mk. 2 comes out on September 1st. A standalone game will cost 5,250 yen ($65), but Konami really wants Busou Shinki fans to shell out for their Busou Shinki: Battle Masters Mk. 2 limited edition complete set at Konamistyle.

 

For 22,320 yen ($276) you get the PSP game, soundtrack CD plus…

and Strarf Mk. 2 figures.

The complete set also includes swimwear model bases of Arnval and Strarf. Konami also has a lesser limited edition without the soundtrack and only the Arnval swimwear base for 19,800 yen ($245).

    This made made me think American counterparts won’t offer LE’s the way their Japanese counterparts do, since the prior spends more on marketing than anyone else does.

    I have to admit, I will not mind paying US$300 for this kind of limited edition, given the generosity of the content.
