20110615_815923That’s The 2nd Super Robot Taisen OG producer Takanobu Terada sitting in a sound studio. Looks like Terada is watching a trailer for the PlayStation 3 game… which has just been finished.

The official The 2nd Super Robot Taisen OG blog notes the video will be released online beginning June 17. While waiting for HD mecha action, check out this screenshot gallery.

Oh man, if Axel makes it into the video (not sure if he is in the game yet) and I hear Dark Knight playing, my head might just explode.

Now that you mentioned Axel, I still wanted to know how he end up in the Endless Frontier world and what happened to him during that time.

Sigh, I still wanted an English version of Endless Frontier Exceed before we get this. Why does Japan always get the stuff I like and “mostly” never got the chance to share it to anyone?

Yeah same here, the first one was so good too! I’m still holding onto the hope that Atlus will translate it eventually, even though their stance on it is still “we have no plans at this time”. ;(

BandaiNamco completely took over Banrpesto thus not giving Atlus publishing rights anymore. If anything…..maybe D3..

Er…They published Endless Frontier which was a BAMCO game to begin with as it was made after the merger.

And they didn’t take over. Completely. Take a look at Eidos and Square Enix. It’s the same situation, they’re still Banpresto/ BB Studio, just under Bandai Namco as a publisher in Japan.

  • I gotta buy alot of tissues by the 17th, You never know how much jizz is gonna come out especially when we are talking about Robots/Boobs/Daizengars :D

Quick, someone walk up behind him and scream US localization in his ear

I wish the SRW OG community was much larger in the west.  If it was, we would have no problem getting these games.  Bandai will occasionally toss us a Gundam game, but they won’t give us something like this.

You would think Play-Asia demand/sales of the other OG games would give them a small hint.  Anyway, since the PS3 is region free, the game might make a larger splash.

Atlus opened pandora’s box with the GBA games.
