Resident Evil: Revelations Has Its Own Take On Zombie Dogs

Last night, we posted new screenshots of Resident Evil: Revelations. Those screens are from a new trailer and in-game footage that Capcom showed off at Gamescom 2011, featuring Chris and his partner, Jessica. You can watch the trailer above and both in-game videos below:

While Capcom haven’t announced a date for Resident Evil: Revelations yet, they say the game will be available early next year.

    Seriously… I wake up every morning with the fear of a possible cancellation news of Resident Evil Revelations. Hope this will never happen.

    Wow. Looks stunning. It’s nearly has the graphic quality of RE5. And the gas-masked guy; Psycho Mantis anyone? I believe this game fills the gap between RE4 and RE5. So, in RE5, Chris thinks Jill was dead; either these two won’t see each other along the game, or, there will be an incident that everyone will think Jill is dead.

        I did played RE5 once when it first hits the shelves but not twice… So, understandbly I cannot recollect that precise flashback cutsceen. Maybe its the time to play the second run though…Oh well.

    i wish that every 3ds game its pushing for high quality graphics like RE revelations and not psp like graphics that we are getting for nintendo and other 3rd parties, step the game up really nintendo….

    And as we know capcom im betting that this game will come to HD console or vita in a future with extra features

        With the Wii-U coming out, I wonder if this will be ported to it or any other console system with a port of Mercenaries 3DS as its extra content.

    Still with the co-op huh Capcom? As long as it’s not overly forced, like RE5, I can dig it. All in all, can we expect a boulder-punchingly good time, Capcom? =D

      Actually, while they have not announced if there will be a Wi-Fi Co-Op mode (I don’t think there is) this is much more like RE2 where you have a AI Partner from time to time and you get separated for large chunks of the game. You also get to play as them for a bit.

    And lol at the shooting… looks miserable and inaccurate.

    Good lord. So while players are aiming their gun, the analog nub controls CHARACTER MOVEMENT? Between not being able to move while shooting and not being able to AIM while shooting, I’ll definitely take the former option any day. It worked just fine for Metal Gear Solids 2 and 3.

    hmm they never really explained the role of BSAA in all honesty at least they’re doing it now. also did the events actually affected the story in future events??? i mean i see no reference in RE5 about a virus of some sort from another group of renegades. i didn’t even saw any of these members communicating with chris during RE5.

    ah well why do i care anyway, it’s not like capcom even cares for the story anymore.

    though this could be amazing, but will have to wait and see :P
