Try Out Ghost Trick For Free On iTunes

In 2010, following its Nintendo DS release, Capcom published Ace Attorney creator Shuu Takumi’s Ghost Trick on iTunes for the iPhone. Then, in 2011, an update optimized the game for the iPad and added a few minigames to it, and iTunes users that already owned the game got to download the update for free.

Today, Ghost Trick is being released for iTunes worldwide. The game is localized in English, French, German, Spanish and Italian. Ghost Trick’s overseas release will follow the same price scheme as it did in Japan. The first two chapters of the game are available for free.

Additional chapters can be bought via the game’s title screen. Subsequent chapters will be available in three different packs for $4.99/£2.99/€3.99 each or $9.99/£6.99/€7.99 for all chapters.

Ghost Trick is a masterpiece, I just checked out the first 2 chapters of the iOS release and I’m impressed with this port… I’m going to buy it again even if I played it a year ago on my DS.

I think it’s a serious steal for 10 bucks, check the demo to see if you like it or not!

I hope it sells a lot! The game was an instant “pageturner” from the moment I started it up; just one point of interest after another. Definitely carries the sense of humor and mystery from Gaykuten games.

Bought it day 1 on DS but hopefully it sells a lot better on the the itunes Store. They really deserve it.

Definitely try it out if you haven’t played it yet, one of my favorite DS games.

As someone who got the DS version at launch, I cannot recommend this enough. For only $10 for a version on a bigger screen with better looking graphics, this is a great deal.

Oh nice. I’ve been regularly doing a search for it on iTunes hoping it would appear one day.

Just finished downloading and all chapters purchased.

I want a sequel… or a spiritual sequel… though the term spiritual sequel seems to have a double meaning here.
