Is Imageepoch Working On A Romance Of The Three Kingdoms Tactics Game?

Is Imageepoch Working On A Romance Of The Three Kingdoms Tactics Game?Aside from announcing Time & Eternity, Imageepoch has been pretty quiet about their JRPG revival plans. We still don’t even know what’s going on with Chevalier Tactics, which was announced last year.

Imageepoch is up to something because they keep filing trademarks for use with video games like this one for Sangokushi Tactics. That would loosely translate to Romance of the Three Kingdoms Tactics and Imageepoch made Luminous Arc so they aren’t a stranger to the genre. While the trademark is new, Sangokushi Tactics already exists. Well, at least from Koei who made a mobile phone Romance of the Three Kingdoms strategy game with the same title.

Imageepoch filed trademarks for Another Princess and Sol Trigger too. Neither title has been unveiled yet.

Man, I’ve missed Imageepoch’s strategy games. Their take on ROTK would be a ton of fun too, I’m sure.

    Here’s hoping.

While i really wanted to play this more Imageespoch tactic games, i am still hoping for Luminous Arc goodness T_T.

And romance of three Kingdom has been used to many times that it is becoming kinda boring. Can they make game with backstories of Roman Empire? or about Saladin? man even Genghis Khan looks cooler now T_T.

Yeah, I also want more Luminous Arc.~ :3
And about using other “source materials” for history-influenced games, I do agree with you that it would be interesting if the Japanese game companies diversified it more instead of relying time and time again on the Romance of the 3 Kingdoms. xD

Are you kidding? I mean… Seriously?

Really, aside from Koei titles, name ten current video game titles/franchises that use it as their source material.
