Marvel Pinball 3D Bouncing To Nintendo 3DS This Summer

By Ishaan . June 6, 2012 . 8:45am

Marvel Pinball 3D is headed to the Nintendo 3DS this summer, Zen Studios have announced. The game doesn’t have a release date, but when it hits the eShop, it will cost $8 in North America and €7.00 in Europe. Here’s a trailer for the game:

Marvel Pinball 3D will initially have four tables—Iron Man, Blade, Captain America and the Fantastic Four. Meanwhile, Zen Studios are also planning on releasing additional downloadable tables for Zen Pinball 3D.

Marvel Pinball is also available as a download on the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, iOS devices and Android. A Vita version of the game is planned for release, too.

Oh man, no release date?  What a bummer!  Zen Pinball 3D is definitely my most played eShop game on my 3DS, and I cannot wait to get access to more tables.  Did the folks at Zen mention a timeframe for the additional tables for Zen Pinball 3D?  The Marvel game is confirmed for summer, is the DLC for the original gonna hit that time frame also?

    •  You ruined it all.

    • No release timeframe mentioned for Zen Pinball DLC. They keep saying it’s coming soon, but haven’t said when. With Zen, one of the issues was that it came out before the 3DS firmware update that allowed for DLC/patches. Hopefully with Marvel, that won’t be a problem. I really want the Spider-Man table as DLC soon-ish after launch!

While I’m not too crazy about the Fantastic Four table, the other three are some of my favorites on 360. Glad to see them get the portable treatment! :D
