TM Revolution’s Heart of Sword was indeed a great song.. it’s a bit sad they’re using all the old scenes and music from the TV series and old OVAs just to entice (baiting) fans to buy this game by nostalgia.. It’s kinda cool to see Okina, Gein, or even the old dude from Yaminobu from the Kekkai Forest though.. Sadly the new Kyoto-hen OVA pales in comparison to the old TV series/OVAs as well even though it’s the same director..

But is it TOO much to ask to have a modern console Kenshin game like Persona 4 Arena or CC2’s JoJo though? I swear I would turn 80 (if I ever live that long) and still won’t see a proper Kenshin console fighter.. one would think this would be a perfect opportunity to make such a game, w/ the new OVA, manga, and live action movie…

Have been thinking of picking up the Kenshin-manga again, read the first few chapters but never quite finished it… is it one of those manga that stays pretty good and consistent all the way until the end, or does it suffer BLEACH-like levels of uneven drops and ups the further it goes?

Is there any manga that stays good and consistent all the time? Even Initial D had ups and downs.
