Instead of revealing more Project X Zone playable characters, Famitsu announced crossover enemies. Selvaria Bles from the Valkyria Chronicles series, Lord Raptor from Darkstalkers, and Vile (!!) from Mega Man X are in the Nintendo 3DS game. Sakura Wars bad guys Ciseaux and his steam powered beast mech Prelude are confirmed for Project X Zone too.
