Pokémon Dream Radar Looks Kind Of Like Ghostbusters With Pokémon

By Ishaan . September 3, 2012 . 8:30am

The Pokémon Company have released new English trailers for the Pokémon Dream Radar game and Pokédex 3D Pro app headed to the Nintendo eShop this fall.

Pokémon Dream Radar lets you use the 3DS’ AR features to find and capture Pokémon in your surroundings, and then transfer them into Pokémon Black/White 2. Using it, you can also acquire Pokémon with abilities they wouldn’t naturally learn.

Meanwhile, Pokédex 3D Pro is the entire Pokédex to date on the 3DS, with detailed information on each Pokémon.

Pokémon Dream Radar will be released on the same day as Pokémon Black/White 2—North America on October 7th and in Europe on October 12th. Pokédex 3D Pro will follow a month later on November 8th.

I will be picking up Radar simply to get the alternate formes. The Pokedex… nah the free one isn’t as good, but it is free like it should be. ON another note has anybody gotten the Keldeo yet?

I have, also, I see a lot of cosplay potential with the new Pokedex Pro but I do have to agree with the internet which provides even more detail, it’s a waste of money and should either be free or cheap.

Yeah it’s not a bad fighting/water type pokemon. I got it for my siblings, and myself about a week ago.

You got it? Cool. I want it simply because I am a huge Pokemon fan. I haven’t been to twon in a while to check if my gamestop is even doing the event. I hope they are or I will be a super sad person.

Like Ghostbusters, eh? Don’t cross the streams!

I’m going to get the Pokedex Pro simply because I’ve never completed one in every game of Pokemon I’ve played. It would be good to have one Pokedex that will never be lost or erased

Pokemon Dream Radar is like Spirit Camera: The Cursed Memoir (minus the AR book and aggressive ghosts).

That seem’s like it could be kinda fun it would be interesting if you went to a certain area you would see different Pokemon, for example say you went to a lake when you would point it at the water Goldeen or a water type would be there.

Looks pretty good, I wonder if they will make a MLP edition soon.
