D3Publisher couldn’t contain the giant ants and spiders in Japan. Massive bugs are coming to the West when D3Publisher releases Earth Defense Force 2025 (aka Earth Defense Force 4) for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in North America next year.
Earth Defense Force 2025 has new giant insects like the Retiarius spider that covers buildings with webbing and Wing Divers that can fly around the battlefield. There’s also an interesting new Air Raider unit that summons tanks and supports a squad by placing health restoring beacons.
