BlayzeBloo: Clone Phantasma, Arc System Works’ cutesy brawler for the Nintendo eShop, has a release date in Japan—December 26th for 800 yen.

Each character in BlayzeBloo: Clone Phantasma has a three-level super metre, which can be used for special attacks. Accessories can be used to customize your characters and give them new abilities. For example, bunny ears give you a double jump.

You can find more screenshots and a list of playable characters in the game in this report. There’s been no mention of an English release yet, but Aksys published a previous game, BlayzeBloo: Super Melee Battle Royale, on DSiWare in the U.S.

Hope this one is better than the last BB on the eShop. Sad to say, but that game was…well, let’s just say that it wasn’t fun.

Ah, really? Pity that, I’m a fan of four player simultaneous beat-em-ups, so hearing that one wasn’t up to par always smarts. Think you can go into more detail on what made it not-good, or would that take too much time?
