An Introduction To Fire Emblem: Awakening’s Character Support Features

Fire Emblem: Awakening allows units that are positioned close to each other on the battlefield to fight together and support one another. As your characters fight together, their bond increases, which yields further advantages during battles. Nintendo demonstrated this feature with a new trailer this morning:

What the battle footage doesn’t show is that Fire Emblem: Awakening also has a bunch of options for camera control and/or speeding up battles. One of these is the ability to use a first-person camera while battling.

 

Fire Emblem: Awakening will be released on February 4th in the U.S. and Europe will get the game in April. A Nintendo 3DS hardware bundle that has the game pre-installed will be available for $200.
