Haven’t Colorful Drop and Cheerful Candy already been in the previous games?

    • Patrick McAleer

Yes, along with Colorful X Melody, Romeo and Cinderella, and Vintage Dress.

Akatsuki Arrival and the modules associated with it are the only new things announced so far.

Although this article says that CXM and R&C are remakes the PVs look exactly the same. So maybe the songs themselves are a bit different (maybe with append vocals) or the notes are different.

      • Patrick McAleer

To correct myself a bit XD I just watched the PV for both songs (from Arcade):

Romeo and Cinderella seems to have more of a rose motif going on in F2nd and the microphone is a bit different. Other than those, there doesn’t seem to be much different.

And, as far as I can tell, there’s nothing different about Colorful x Melody.

  • Altin

Dang it, just add in Yuzuki Yukari already! T_______T

    • Neppygear

She’s not from Crypton, so I wouldn’t hold my breath. :c

      • Altin

        Dang it T__T

    • ekibyougami

Good taste! I’m a fan of MitchieM’s work as well.

Hope they’ll have [Ai Dee] as well.

      • tubers

        Ai Dee! YES!

        • Antixono

Listening to it right now XD

      • Xerain

I want MitchieM to come out with a CD already so I can buy it.

    • Light Soul

Yes! This song would be great for PDF2.

So do I even bother getting the US Version of the first game then?

    • Warukyure

Yes, so it helps with Sega’s sales numbers so they know care about them bringing over these types of games. So that they do release other games that don’t start with ‘So’ and end with ‘nic’

    • http://www.unit03.net blackraen

If you are interested, yes. PDF and PDF-2 will feature completely different songs. Asking that question would be similar to asking “Do I get Band X’s album knowing their going to release another album (that is not remixes) in a few months?

      • 324234

Well, they did say the /US/ version, not whether to get the first game in general. Glad I personally didn’t wait, since they aren’t localizing the Vita version. Just going to stick with the JPN releases.

    • Kevadu

There is overlap with the older Project Diva games (pre-f), but there’s zero overlap with F (or f) here. So I don’t know what you’re worried about.

    • DesmaX

I recommend checking some of the musics, see if you like

    • https://twitter.com/BinksFrost Binks5

yes, so that sega know there is a market for this in the west

    • Demeanor

      Absolutely yes!

  • Victor Wesker

I love Miku. Sega, please use arcade version textures but not from PSP version. In ps3 dreamy theater version she looks more sexy than in this.

    • Neppygear

The Dreamy Theater models look wicked creepy, imo. The F models are much more appealing.

      • Victor Wesker

It looks like you completely misunderstand me. I mean textures quality but not character 3d models. Textures in Arcade version much better than in F.

    This game is beautiful =^_^=

  • https://twitter.com/BinksFrost Binks5

I just wanna play with miku and luka, loving the screenshots

  • Katboy

I always laugh whenever I see this game…I dont get it at all lol

    • Neppygear

It’s about being the very best, like no one ever was. To press buttons is my real test, to dress up Miku is my cause.

      • Katboy

Lol..your funny xD beautiful looking game tho

    • ShadowDivz

It’s a rhythm game. You press buttons….with the rhythm.

  • Choco Bunneh

    Star notes again?!

  • Just Tim

In case this game won’t make it to the US, I’m content to see its songlist become DLC for the A-spec Project Diva F.

  • ShinMarui

Well, I hope there’s more songs on Meiko, Kaito, Luka, Rin and Len.. Not only Miku. Of course I want other vocaloids like Gakupo, Yuzuki Yukari and the others. It will be more fun

  • Sayorain

I just want a vita version to play. Damn it SEGA, you gave my hopes up..

  • artemisthemp

Hopefully Project Diva F will sell well enough for Sega to Localize this game

  • Oleksiy Popkov

    Holy. Crap. YES!
