Sigh…..Oh how I wish these were localized. Sure I can import (I imported the other ones) but it’d be nice to know whats going on in the story for once.

There’s no license issues with the OG series. At least, like the upcoming Saint Seiya game (also published by Namco), throw it on PSN to save costs and gauge Western interest. They’ll never know unless they try..

      same here

    • That’s also why we at Operation Hotblood do our very best to convince Namco Bandai to give SRW OG a shot with localizing OGs2. It even has an event library that details the stories we missed out on before (and there’s always the GBA games and the anime shows).

It’s a great franchise, and I would to see OG games coming to the west, but obviously we’ll need as much support as possible, just like the Senran Kagura and Bravely Default localization movements needed to.

Well I signed before if that means anything but I think Namco just doesn’t have a dedicate Western division that actually tries to listen to Western fans. Only Baba from Tales has really been making any localization strides. (still no Tales Vita games though)

You’ll have better luck learning japanese (plus you’ll get to play EVERYTHING).
I started recently precisely because i’m sick of having to wait for localizations or unnoficial translations.

      Btw i’d Valcyone.

      • And are you already “tasting the fruits of your choice”, like you can now understand some of the dialogue and menu terms and such.
