Arc System Works recently had a busy weekend where they shared the latest on their upcoming title, Guilty Gear Xrd –SIGN- at a local test event at one of Sega’s arcades in Akihabara. Famitsu reports that this coming weekend, they’ll be hosting a similar event for a new version of Persona 4 Arena, which will bring Yukari Takeba and Junpei Iori from Persona 3 into the mix.
This time, the location test for Persona 4 Arena will be taking place in two locations, at “Hey” in Akihabara, Tokyo; and at the “Taito Station Osaka Nipponbashi” arcade centers.
While we still have to wait for this weekend, when Famitsu and others will be updating us on what to expect from the next version of the game, for now they’ve share a few screens showing Yukari and Junpei, who will be joining their buddies Akihiko and Mitsuru in the Persona fighter. It has not been specified whether this new version will be an entirely new title or a downloadable version update to the original game.
Here’s a closer look:
The location test will be starting on August 16th until the 18th.
