    Browser game. What a waste.

They should of made a proper mmo at least…..I played it though and its not that bad,its just to automated and cheap looking imo.

There are so many kingdom hearts games, I don’t have /any/ problems with a browser based game. Unlike, for example, the numbered sequels that Capcom is shelling out as social games (like Breath of Fire), this is hardly a wasted bit of time. Consider that we already know that KH3 is on the way and this is in no way even taking up Square’s time, it’s made by another developer entirely. I really think anyone that thinks this is a waste, or is even upset by this, is being spoiled.

I do wonder what the story here is like. If it actually does expand a little on the KH-universe, or if it’s purely fluff and not meaningful even as background material.

From the descriptions the story seems like an approximation of what happened during the Keyblade War. Heartless appear because it is non-canon and also not the actual war, just what someone would imagine it was like.

You know, that IS a pretty neat theory. That it’s a fictional story ABOUT the Keyblade War… and perhaps later on, in Kingdom Hearts 3, you can find books in libraries that also tell different stories about the war, and some of the books conflict with each other and they can really go into how stories and interpretations can differ from the reality.

  • Radiant Garden next please. I loved the BBS version of its theme, and am looking forward to any new arrangements of it on either this game or KH 3~!
