Phantom Breaker Makers Bringing A Gravity Shifting Platformer To Xbox 360

By Spencer . September 13, 2013 . 2:02am

Cave producer Makato Asada moved to Phantom Breaker and Bullet Soul developer Mages. He’s working on a new game for Xbox One and bringing Constant C to Xbox 360.

Constant C is a platformer with puzzle elements like shifting gravity and unfreezing objects frozen in time.

Mages will release Constant C for Xbox Live Arcade next year. Another interesting tidbit is the developer of Constant C is IGS, the same company that made the Journey to the West arcade beat ‘em up Oriental Legend. If you like games like Dragons Crown or Dungeons & Dragons: Chronicles of Mystaria you should check it out.

Oh man, I am already weak to “gravity shifting” puzzles, but time elements too? I likey. A bit minimalist in the production values, but I’m cool with that i fthe gameplay is varied enough.

Looks like a western indie game… not that it’s a bad thing, but unexpected.

I’d play, but unfortunately I lack a 360 to enjoy it on in the first place. Still looks kinda neat!

A PC release is also coming, It was recently greenlightd in Steam, tough im not sure if it will be sold DRM-free.
