Fantasy Life’s upcoming mega free 1.4 update will be upon players “soon”, according to Level 5’s official website. In the meanwhile, to whet players’ appetites, a video has been released showing off the new features announced for the update.
We’ve previously touched on what players can expect in the update here, and the video shows all of it, such as recruiting the masters and fighting some of their big bads. In addition, players will be able to obtain new horses to ride the world in style. Fantasy Life, when coupled with its Link! kit, lets players play in a semi Animal Crossing style setting with more emphasis on fighting, and the Link! kit adds online multiplayer alongside brand new locales and quests.
Fantasy Life Link! is out now in Japan, and while there are trademarks for it in the US and Europe, there is still no announcement on a release outside Japan just yet.
