Another Dragon quest that won’t come to the west…
I’m starting to seriously think about buying a japanese 3DS to import japanese 3DS games, even though i hate the idea of having an even bigger backlog…

  • Smooosh

    I miss Dragon Quest… :(

  • Virevolte

    Ho, cool.

  • Rogerrmark

Looks cool. I wish we had a feedback about the 3DS titles, instead of the usual “No information this time, thank you, please be excited”.

  • Dammit! Why do I constantly read these articles? It saddens me to think I may never get to play one of my favourite series ever again. :(

  • Notquitesure?

    Reminds of T.K. from digimon

    • FitzpatrickPhillips

Oh shit, I came in here to say the same thing

      • Steven Higgins

        Me too

  • Steve Raineault

Unless SE begins giving us these games, I won’t spend a single penny on their products. Dear SE, no DQ, no money!

  • Speaking of ‘visit’ I think this game should ‘visit’ North America

  • ElAbuelo69

Oh look! A game we will never play guys :D

    Hooray for localization efforts!

  • FFmax

Dammit this is getting annoying, why did just stop bringing Dragon Quest games over here? Isn’t the 3DS doing really well over here?

    • Trevor Nicolaysen

IIRC Dragon Quest Monsters Joker 2 didn’t sell very well. Frankly they should have expected it. A short time after Nintendo announced DQMJ2 for US release SE announced an expanded version for Japan, which they did not give us.

Frankly SE kind of screwed nintendo AND the fans. This would be a good thing to request of Nintento though. SE is almost completely deaf to their fans, but Nintendo of America is getting a lot better.

  • Shane Guidaboni

Still waiting for that Dragon Quest 7 remake, SE.

    • Trevor Nicolaysen

SE doesn’t bring Dragon Quest over anymore…

      Nintendo! Please save us!

  • Learii

I haven’t play dragon quest since game boy color

  • LunarKnite

Well, as everybody has already said my share of gripes about localizations, I just want to say, the graphics look amazing! It’s so colorful and tropical…and… T_T Bring over some DQ games!

  • VenerableSage

I know that they put out an Anniversary disc for the Wii for it (which we never got anyway), but I kinda want to see the Loto/Roto/Erdrick trilogy get a combined, chronological, 3-D remake now. I sunk so many hours into the Dragon Warrior I & II GBC game when I was younger…

We wouldn’t get it anyway, but my eyes would probably be happy that they saw it.

  • Kandou Erik

Bring over to the US – PLEASE!

  • Hinataharem

Maybe they will surprise us with localization news? Maybe? …I can dream…

  • yellowmage

Dragon Quest X… Even though I’m sure I’d find it almost implausible to juggle three MMOs, I’d like to have the option of trying to do so!!
