Girls’ Fashion Shoot Brings Another Fashion Modeling Game To 3DS

By Ishaan . November 11, 2013 . 12:35pm

Style Savvy isn’t the only fashion-simulation game on the Nintendo 3DS. Over in Japan, Alchemist have a range of 3DS games aimed at women, and one of these is coming over to the U.S. and Europe, courtesy of Rising Star Games. It’s titled Girls’ Fashion Shoot.

Originally released in Japan as Nicola Kanshuu Model: Oshare Audition 2, the English version is slated for release in North America and Europe this month. Girls’ Fashion Shoot has a premise similar to that of Style Savvy, putting you in the role of a fashion editor as well as a model.

Similar to Style Savvy, you’ll get to customize your style down to your clothing, hairstyle, makeup and nails, and go on photo-shoots that you’ll choreograph yourself. You can then use these photo-shoots in your own magazine, which is where the fashion editor part comes in.

Using your earnings as a model and fashion editor, you can upgrade your look, apartment, and your lifestyle, although details on that last one are scarce.

Rising Star Games tells Siliconera Girls’ Fashion Shoot will be available on November 19th in the U.S. and on November 29th in Europe.

  • That’s pretty cool! Looks cute too. I’m always glad to see titles like this being made, and localized. I’m definitely interested in it~.
(It probably won’t cut into my SS time though lol.)

  • My wishlist has just gained a new title!

    Pretty soon. :O
I had the demos on my 3DS for a while and dabbled with them and I suppose they are pretty good for the genre based on my limited knowledge.

Sadly, I can’t put this above the Style Savvy series or other games releasing in this period so it’ll have to wait, cool to see a localisation of something smaller hit Europe and America with a month of each other though.

Not the type of “For girls” game I’m interested in, but its nice for people whose tastes are more like this. For all I know it could sell better too than a more dating oriented Otome game.

  • PersonaSpace

This one looks alright, but not nearly as good as that one you guys wrote about earlier in the month.

That being said, I’ll keep an eye on this one since it’s actually getting an English release.

  • FlyingPony

Not my type of game, but hopefully it will be enjoyable for the girls that into the fashion stuff..even maybe some guys that into fashion as well.
