Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes Shows Off A “Side Ops” Stealth Mission

By Ishaan . November 15, 2013 . 12:37pm

Konami have shared a new gameplay video of Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes, featuring the Side Ops mission that was originally demonstrated at the Tokyo Game Show in September. This time, however, you can watch it with English narration that talks you through the mission. Watch it below.

As reported in the past, Ground Zeroes is a separate game from Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. It will serve as a prologue of sorts to that game, and help acquaint players with the gameplay advancements featured in The Phantom Pain.

Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes is slated for release in spring 2014. The game will be released on Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4.

Extremely hyped for this along with FFXV, it may be even become even better than MGS4 or it may not, but it’s still going to be one the best if not THE BEST game this year.

    ……Love it.

Looks good though sad about the health system…hopefully this is an early thing but not really fond of it. Staying in cover and healing up is fine (pretty much MGS3) but i like to how screwed i am but ehhh

Question: Did they put back the crawling feature? or can we only crouch-run/walk again like peacewalker?

  • Daigure

I wonder if there’s still an evasion and caution phase like in previous games?
