Hey, Remember That Other Game From The Devs Of Dengeki Bunko Fighting Climax?

Indie fighter Under Night In-Birth Exe: Late saw an update that rebalanced the game, and at the same time introduced fans to crossover character Akatsuki from Akatsuki Blitzkampf as well as other brand new character Chaos.

But maybe you haven’t heard about the game or wonder how it plays. The game’s from developers French Bread, who you may know better from Melty Blood and Dengeki Bunko Fighting Climax. REALLY old time fans might even remember they did the Queen of Heart series too (Which I thoroughly enjoyed when I was getting into the Comic Party craze… Now I feel old.)

Well, wonder no more, as the latest promotional video for the game shows off its fighters from dual-sword wielding Linne to scary-angel Vatista (No relation to this person) and watching it gives me a worrisome look at just how players will be able to juggle foes once they get them in their grip. In our last look at the updated game, French Bread had stated that they were trying to move the game away from the impression that Under Night is a combo-style battler, but it sure looks that way here. Anyone played it and wants to give us a better run-down of how it’s like post-update?
