Gaming consoles/arcade games have existed before pc’s became mainstream lol.

One of my favorite FF, I enjoy the whole idea of your team going on missions and such.. Also quite fun to replay since it’s easy to break the game :)

Please stop stating that Chocobo World wasn’t in the old PC release. It was, I can guarantee you, as the the PC release is sitting on my shelf and I’ve played Chocobo World through it. There are no “missing features” restored, just new additions…

    • Lumi

Yeah, choboco world was in the English pc release. Hope the old pc saves can be carried over to this game, since i borrowed my friend’s game discs and only have the save files now

  • Zechs

    Bought it. Thank you! :)

Guys, you need to have room for “PC” at the header-strip :3

  • Konnoke

I already own a physical copy of this for PS1 but I bought it to play it again sometime in the future…

I know that this is often times considered the black sheep of the FF family, but I still really enjoy this game. Watching Squall and Rinoa fall for each other was endearing. Also, ‘DAT OPENING!!

The cinematics of FFVIII were so way ahead of their time in terms of quality. Alas, everything else was, for my taste, pretty terrible~.

  • Monterossa

Damn I just bought it for 12 bucks yesterday.

  • NimbusStev

As tempted as I am to repurchase this, I refuse to support their always online DRM. Why do you need an internet connection to play a 14-year old, single player game?

    • kureno

      Use offline mode?

  • Covnam

This was my first and is my favorite FF game. I already own the original on pc, but when this goes on sale for a big discount like 7 recently did I’ll be sure to pick it so I can play it on a modern machine w/o issue.

  • Dagobert

Bought it, now I just hope I can get that Roses and Wine mod to work so it will replaces the crappy midi files.

the game is region lock, I can’t found it in my steam
