What Do You Do In Dream C Club: Gogo?

Tamsoft, once best known for the Battle Arena Toshinden series, has been cashing in on the hostess dating game series Dream C Club. What do you actually do in these games? Dream C Club: Gogo is all about conversations and drinking. The game actually has a system where you drink booze with the girls.

Each hostess has their own preference about drinking. Some like strong drinks, others like weak drinks. Drinking does change the conversations you have and their responses might be different if whoever you’re chatting with is tipsy.

See the meter in the top right corner? That’s how drunk you are. If it’s full, conversation ends. In Dream C Club: Gogo you can actually level up your alcohol tolerance. There are different snacks and drinks you can order in the club.

Beer is rank D, shochu is rank C, wine is also rank C, sake is rank B, and whisky is rank A. You can also order special Dream C Club drinks like Dream Cocktail Light (rank F) and Dream Cocktail Magma (rank S). The hostesses can sing karaoke on stage and if they’re buzzed their performances will be different.

The new hostess from left to right are Moegi, Karia, Seira, and Miyabi.

Dream C Club: Gogo is slated for release in spring 2014 for PlayStation 3.

The drinks have rankings now? Seems like they are “ranked” according to their alcohol content, since the previous games doesn’t really state it.

    Looking forward to this release!

    Soooo what’s the fun part?

    • Juuu

When they sing drunk karaoke for you, of course!

Seriously though, looking forwards to this. Adding so many new girls is really ambitious and I look forwards to meeting the new cast!

For a moment, I read it as Dream C Club: Gigolo.

Obviously they’re cashing in, to build up enough money for Battle Arena Toshinden EX Suplex Warriors

This game would’ve been perfect for a camera next gen game (PS4 Eye/Kinect 2.0).

Saw that you can even feed them bananas LOL.

    • Shippoyasha

On the fly Karaoke, eye/face/hand tracking. Oh my. I can’t wait for this series to try those new technologies!

  • Slayven19

I really like miyabi and she looks the best out of the bunch imo. She’s tall and she has hoisery on which is a winning combo for me.

Would have been a perfect fir for the Vita. hope they port this one over at some point.

    • Muffum

They probably will; the first Dream Club got a PSP port, and Dream Club Zero got a Vita port.

Though those two were originally for the 360, then ported to PSP/Vita, then ported to PS3, while this one is originally for PS3, so who knows.

  • ChiffonCake

Ah, I’ve always been very fond of these games’ graphics, but I don’t know about the gameplay. Too bad the chances of it being translated are pretty much zero (or maybe that’s a good thing).

    • AkuLord3

That’s NEVER a good thing besides there are fans and stuff who translate some/all of the game so there’s that

  • Doctor Nebula

    Ahhyes, the drunken singing.

  • Kumiko Akimoto

So this isn’t a dating sim or they took out the dating sim parts?
