Capcom And Double Helix Reveal How They Resurrected Strider

Capcom and Double Helix have shared a behind-the-scenes feature on the upcoming Strider game. In the video, both Capcom and Double Helix staff discuss how the Strider project got started, and how the team went about redesigning Hiryu and his abilities for the new game. You can watch it below.



Strider will be available on February 19th for PC, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4. You can find platform-specific details of the game’s release here.

    Having grown up preferring the NES version to the Genesis version (but still greatly enjoying the Genesis version, don’t get me wrong!), these little details — along with the musical nods to Kazakh and Egypt — have me smiling pretty big. Can’t wait for next week! ;)
