By Ishaan . February 14, 2014 . 10:29am

Capcom have shared a trailer featuring Poison from Ultra Street Fighter IV. The trailer shows off a range of Poison’s moves, a number of which are from Street Fighter X Tekken. These include “Kissed by a Goddess” and “Aeolus Edge”.

Ultra Street Fighter IV will be released for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in June, and a PC release will follow in August. You can find pricing and other details of its release here.

Poison was one of my first mains in SFxT, so I’m thrilled to have her in a more traditional Street Fighter game. Seems like she does more damage than before, which is great. Was one of the biggest things she lacked in xTekken.

    That side-boob..

    • PowerOfTheFlamesIori

      It’s a trap…

      • Malakym

Transwomen aren’t out to trick you, traps are something different.

          trap all the same :3

    Is ..is … that ….
    Rising Tackle ?!

    • Death Metal

      Yes! I taught her that.

        or… Him…. :3

I wish Capcom could add more than just 5 characters. I would love to see Alex, Urien, Q or even Oro and Remy to get the Street Fighter IV treatment.

    • Kaihedgie

      It’s going to cost more

      • MVRK HNTR

I don’t think cost would be a deterrent if there were more characters included (fan favorites at that).

        • Kaihedgie

There are already a ton of fan favorites in here, so I don’t get what the problem is

          • MVRK HNTR

I am simply addressing your post where you said that more characters = higher cost.

Your line of reasoning implies that people will be put off by the higher cost and will thus not want to purchase the game. What I am saying is that with more fan favorites included, then the game will pretty much sell itself.

Also, I never said that there is a problem to begin with so I have no idea where you are coming from with that comment. It’s simply wishful thinking because there are a lot of people who would like more than just those 5 characters to be in Ultra SF4.

          • CptPokerface

Just putting it out there, I’m almost positive he meant more money Capcom would have to spend to develop the game, not how much the finished product would cost.

          • MVRK HNTR

True, given that the 4 announced characters have assets that Capcom can take directly out of Street Fighter x Tekken.

I still can’t help but long for seeing Alex in the Street Fighter IV engine though :)

          • CptPokerface

Yeah. Alex would do fantastic as a grappler in SF4, seeing as how he doesn’t rely solely on his grapples to dish out huge damage.

I’m happy about the 4 announced characters. I’ve mained them all at some point and like them all a lot, so it’s all been icing on the cake for me.

          • Kaihedgie

Well a lot of people who played SFXT and those who didn’t but wanted these guys in here kinda outnumber them, no matter how vocal they are.

          • Guest

Outnumber who? I really have no idea what you’re trying to say. I was simply putting out “wishful thinking”.

    • karmacoma

I really want Rainbow Mika. D:
I want Mika, El Fuerte and Zangief all in the same game.

      • MVRK HNTR

Yeah, R. Mika would be great! Karin goes without saying too.

      • Death Metal

You forgot Haggar. That would also complete the main cast of the original Final Fight.

    • subsamuel01

If they added more character’s they probably would have made a Street Fighter 5. All they did was use the characters they had in SFxT and bring them over to SF4 with some gameplay changes.

  • Dhim is gonna have a field trip with that second Ultra. I just know it.

  • fightingfan

I wish that they had added new ultras instead of combo double I thought when the game was re titled ultra that new ultras were the first thing capcom would have worked on so when they released a trailer showing new features new ultras would have been among them. Boy was I wrong.

  • Tienron

poison’s ultra confuses me because what happens when she uses it on a female character does she still kick them in between the legs?

    • Death Metal

I am willing to bet that it would still hurt.
