Its Valentine’s Day and that means you get games for cheap. Duh. Wait… what do you mean it was yesterday? (Uh oh. Better check on the wife). A few retailers are throwing out excuses to give sales — although the upcoming President Day sale would make a lot more sense compare to a Valentine’s Day sale, but here we are.

Origin has a 50% off coupon “LOVE” that works on most titles (excludes pre-orders so no Titanfall or BF4 Premium). But it does make a couple of stuff decently priced, including Battlefield 4 Digital Deluxe Edition plus SimCity and SimCity: Cities of Tomorrow (there’s also SimCity Plus Edition which combines both aforementioned titles, saving you $5). The coupon expires Monday 2/17 at 10AM Pacific.

On the PlayStation Network there are 20 titles on flash sale. Some are okay, some are meh. Its mostly PS3 games but LEGO: Marvel Super Heroes is also available during this sale on the PS4 and PS Vita for 50% off. The PSN sale ends on Monday 2/17 (unknown time, presume at 11:59PM Pacific). Note that certain stuff are cross-buy such as PlayStation All-Star Battle Royale for the PS3 version.

Awww. I woulda gotten PS All Stars on vita for ten bucks

    • Tinye

Ya know, I looked in the store and I didn’t see All Stars for Vita on sale just the ps3 version, unless it’s cross-buy.

      • Rafael Budzinski

…exactly. I looked in the store, and the discount was only available for the PS3. They usually marks both systems when the game is cross-buy. For ten bucks only I would have gotten it easily…u.u

The good thing about Valentine is that it’s over, but after seeing this I take my words back.

With any luck it’ll be airing on Toonami by the summer.

  • DragKudo

That playstation all stars price is bullshit. That game is not 39.99 anymore. It was only 19.99 on the vita and ps3. It’s only 9.99 at gamestop. That discount should be lower.

The PS3 version of PSASBR is Cross-Buy. Just, don’t buy the Vita version. That one is not Cross-Buy.

PS All-Stars and Divekick are Vita-compatible. Besides, in case you didn’t notice the theme of this sale is local multiplayer.

Thanks for the heads up, Viet Do! I got Divekick, Castle Crashers, Scott Pilgrim, and Renegade Ops last night. Always happy to have more PS3 local multiplayer games, especially on my hard drive.
