nDreams is a virtual reality developer based in the U.K. They’ve released Oculus Rift tech demos such as Skydieving (above), and are also one of the larger publishers in the PlayStation Home space.

Following an investment of £250,000 investment from Mercia Fund Management, the studio has expanded its operations. Former CEO of Sega Mike Hayes has joined the company’s board, and nDreams is working on its first actual VR game, for both the Oculus Rift and Sony’s Project Morpheus headset.

The game, which doesn’t have a title yet, will be revealed during E3 with a full-length trailer, and will be playable at the convention behind closed doors.
