By Ishaan . May 30, 2014 . 10:00am

Tecmo Koei have shared a batch of gameplay trailers for Atelier Rorona Plus: The Alchemist of Arland, and you can view them below. The one at the very top illustrates the graphical differences between the original game and the new version.

As reported earlier in the month, the game will be available June 24th in North America and June 20th in Europe.

This game cannot come soon enough.

Getting the Vita version! Soon I’ll have all Arland games on one system.

    • tonyp1987

I would have all on vita too but I only got the first one that came out on the vita don’t have enough room on a 8gb :(

I’m thankful I got a 32GB, even if I really am hurting for space, too. Data management!

    • Prinny Dood

Me too dood! Me too :)

  • Kornelious

I can’t wait for this game! I’ll be getting both the PS3 and Vita version (Unfortunately from Gamestop due to the pre-order incentives) And I’m not just getting the Vita version so I can line up all three plus games on my home screen!………Hehehe :P

  • MrSirFeatherFang

I kind of like that pose Cordelia makes when they introduce her in the original xD

    Can’t wait to play this!

    • Hound

She makes the pose as her winning animation in the 3rd video.

Now that’s what I’m talking about TK. A bunch of trailers, screenshots(they posted them on FB and twitter)… now if only you spaced them out a little until release date. So you can keep the game on radar and potentially catch more sales. That would have been perfect. Still a vast improvement from before. Thumbs up! Hopefully overall quality of localization has improved too.

Of course… This may not be all of them so… Will wait and see.

Can’t wait for June 24. Glad it’s close.

Yeah, they’ve sold it to me. I’ve played the original, but only briefly. This remaster looks pretty good so I’ll definitely pick it up. Well, I might just give the cash to my sister and have her pick it up instead… Probably make more sense that way =/

I’m still a little amused *and* bemused by the fact that it’s TK Europe that’s taken up the torch for Atelier. I’m really glad they’re doing it, mind, I just wonder why TK America’s been so passive about it.

But yeah, this looks neat, and if the price is right, I might just pick it up. I hadn’t realized that they even reworked the area design and not just the character models.

I think it has to do with how TK America’s just passive in general. I follow both on Twitter and TK Europe is very active while we’re lucky to see TK America tweet anything twice per month.

    • SupaPhly

they publish the NISA games in europe too

    • http://linkapics.tumblr.com/ Linka

TK America’s marketing team seems to be utterly dead, really. TK Europe is really where I hear ANY news about their games anymore…

  • Malon

Getting both PS3 and Vita version (because I like retail boxes but I also like playing on my Vita). :)

  • Xerain

I know know if you preorder PS3 version at Gamestop there’s bonus costumes. Are there going to be bonus costume for the digital only vita release if you buy it in the first couple of weeks like they did with Totori Plus and Meruru Plus?

  • ShadowDivz

    God damn it.

    Totori on PS3
    Meruru on Vita.

    Rorona on….?

    • MrSirFeatherFang

You can bury items and unearth them in Atelier Meruru Plus/Totori Plus. Vita is also portable, I think this game would be a good play on the go game as well.

  • Juan Manuel M. Su├írez

Rorona looks so much more respectable in this game, in Totori+ you could tell from first minute that she was a complete screw up [even if a gifted one]~.

  • Aristides

Will Europe get a Physical Vita version?

  • artemisthemp

20 days until I can finally play with Rorona

  • Zazon Zenzy

Will it come out as retail in vita version? Since my vita’s region is japan and… I’m not ready yet to sacrifice my PSO2 Vita :( Deception IV had a retail versoin, anyway.

    • MrSirFeatherFang

Digital download only for the west on vita.

The retail or digital download method is decided in meetings in TK Japan, so it’s sadly not up to the western branches :(

      • Zazon Zenzy

Wow, Deception IV was extremely lucky, then.

    Dual audio right..? Right..?
