Oreshika: Tainted Bloodlines’ release is just about two weeks away, and Sony Computer Entertainment announced that a demo will let you try the game’s beginning of the story and a year of the game’s time. While waiting, you can check out the game’s opening trailer.

The trailer starts with a look at what appears to be fallen members of the family with a cursed bloodline, caused by the ventriloquist villain known as Abe no Seimei. However, after being saved by the goddess Nueko, they were able to be revived through the ceremony of soul recalling.

So far, we know of eight starter classes like Swordsman,  Cannonneers, and Monks, which you can check out in another recent trailer for the game, along with some other details on the game’s features.

Oreshika: Tainted Bloodlines will be released in Japan on July 17, 2014 for PlayStation Vita. It’ll also be headed to the West later on.
