Ninja Theory’s free-to-play mobile brawler, Fightback, is now available on Android devices. The game is published by Chillingo, part of EA’s mobile division.

In Fightback, your sister has been kidnapped and you need to rescue her. You can use your smart device’s touch screen to punch, kick and combo your way through the city in the game, and you’ll have access to items like dual pistols, bazookas and more as well.

Fightback is inspired by ‘80s action movies, and is available here.

I know expecting anything out of a mobile game made by the people who brought us the train wreck that was DmC is stupid, but that has to be the most uninspired plot ever.

They would have gotten away with it… if we were in the NES era… and they were aiming to be a Double Dragon clone…… OH WAIT.
I wonder if this is their reboot of Double Dragon…

      • Ghost

Double Dragon is much better than this.

  • persona_yuji

Ninja Theory? Ahahaha… Have to roll.

They forgot to insult me as a brawler fan. Now I have no idea if I should buy it or not!

It’s not bad, but it’s definitely not very fit for a mobile experience. Loading times in mobile games should be kept to a bare minimum. There are too many here, between upgrade screens, missions, and even the results screen.
