In Yooka-Laylee You’ll Learn New Moves From Trowzer The Snake

Playtonic has unveiled the first support character for Yooka-Laylee. Keep a straight face for Trowzer the Snake.

According to creative Lead Gavin Price, “Trowzer thinks of himself as the best salesman ever, but with his downbeat appearance and 1980’s mobile phone, life never took off for him.” His role in the game is to teach you new abilities, and to demonstrate them, in exchange for money – being an adder he’s more than happy to count it up.

As the illustration shows, Trowzer wears a pair of shorts, coiling his body in and out of each leg, which means his movements will be springy as slithering would be quite difficult in the position he adapts.
