Lost Dimension, FuRyu’s sci-fi RPG for PlayStation 3 and Vita, will be released in North America on July 28th, Atlus USA have announced. Additionally, for two weeks after launch, $20 worth of DLC will be free for owners of the game to download.

This DLC includes 9 free in-game character costumes (such as the Marco’s Kitty Costume above), 12 free PSN avatars, a map set with additional story, and 3 DLC quest sets for extra experience. The three quest DLC add an extra mission to each floor, and completing them with an S-Rank rating will provide a specialized item for individual character bonuses.

The three mission packs are:

  • The Emissary from the Netherworld: Moderately difficult
  • The Price of Blood: More difficult
  • Runaway Cause and Effect: Most difficult

Finally, there’s also an additional map called “The Beginning of The End,” which is a separate story that takes place in a different location with five missions in total and goes into the history of the 11 heroes and heroines of Lost Dimension.

There are also paid items costing between $0.49 – $0.99, which are mostly in the form of consumables that raise experience, money, and other stats. You also have paid status boosters which range from $0.49 – $2.99 and can increase vision points or help restore SAN (sanity) stats in combat.
