Death Beneath The Labyrinth To Release In Japan This October

Death Beneath the Labyrinth, Compile Heart’s second title under their Hell’s #1 House label, will release on October 8th, according to this week’s issue of Dengeki PlayStation. [Thanks, Game Jouhou.]

 

The magazine report also shares details on how some game system involving four forms, which can be switched with the “Form Change” ability. There’s also a system for enhancing stats and learning new skills through a “Magic Stone” feature.

 

There are two new characters, one called the “Dragon Skull Warrior” and another one simply known as the “Sage”. The Dragon Skull Warrior is designed by Gradius V and Macross 30 box art illustratior Hidetaka Tenjin, and Sage is created by Metal Max series creator Hiroshi Miyaoka.

 

Additionally, Death Beneath the Labyrinth will have a collaboration with the Hell’s #1 House label’s first game, Destroyer Trillion. Pre-orders for Death Beneath the Labyrinth will include something called the “Trillion Form”.

Death Beneath the Labyrinth will release in Japan on October 8, 2015 for PlayStation Vita. There will also be a limited edition for 8,800 yen plus tax.
