Welp its official, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain is now released and fans of the series are rejoicing everywhere (actually they’re probably playing the game). For those that didn’t want to take the pre-order path last week and have finally decided to snag the game now that its released, you can score some strong discounts on the PC version of the game.

The best price of Phantom Pain can be found at either GMG or DLGamer, both of whom has a similar 23% off discount by checking out with a coupon code (listed below). They’re both the same Steam key you input into your library to activate Phantom Pain, so where you buy shouldn’t matter much. ¬†GamesPlanet has a stronger percentage off, but the deal is only attractive for those in the UK – as after currency conversion you’ re paying about $57 USD. Not much savings there.

Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain PC Discounts

Retailer Price % Off Coupon Code
Green Man Gaming $46.20 23% SAVE23-WITHGM-GSEP15
DLGamer $46.19 23% DLG-QOPANFAE
GamesPlanet (UK Price) £37.49 25%

FYI: GMG’s deal is not valid for AU/NZ residents. Though the keys being sold are region-wide (only Japan gets a region-specific key).

While the game is missing a few features such as Metal Gear Online (delayed till early October), Phantom Pain is receiving wide-spread acclaim as of writing and we’re expecting it to top the sales chart on all platforms. If you’re a console gamer looking for a deal, we’d check back in a few months where undoubtedly discounts will probably appear in late November.
