People who prefer physical copies of games will have a choice when it comes to Bandai Namco’s Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth. It has been announced that the Asian version of the PlayStation Vita version of the game will offer English language subtitles. In both Asia and Japan, Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth is available physically and digitally. It is a PlayStation Store exclusive in North America for the PlayStation Vita.
This means Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth will be joining a number of other, recent Vita announcements where Asian versions of games will offer English language subtitles. Moe Chronicle, Dead or Alive: Xtreme 3, and Mobile Suit Gundam: Extreme VS Force all also offer English subtitles on the Asian physical copies. Since the Vita is a region-free device, it can play cartridges from any regions.
Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth will be released on the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita in North America on February 2 and Europe on February 5. The Asian version with English subtitles has a February release window.
