During a recent Hyrule Warriors Legends panel at WonderCon 2016, developers Yosuke Hayashi and Hiroya Usuda from Koei Tecmo talked a bit about the game as well as announced some upcoming DLC.
It was revealed at the panel, as well as shared on Nintendo’s Twitter, that Marin is going to be added to both Hyrule Warriors and Hyrule Warriors Legends in the Link’s Awakening DLC Pack, which will be available this July.

Hyrule Warriors is available for the Wii U and Hyrule Warriors Legends is available for the Nintendo 3DS.
