Raiden V Dated For Asia, Europe, and North America

Raiden V’s worldwide release has been confirmed. Moss will be bringing the Xbox One shoot’em up to Asia, Europe, and North America on May 11, 2016. The game was originally released in Japan on February 25, 2016.

One of Raiden V’s most unique features is a Cheer System. When playing the game, you have the opportunity to help out other people who are also playing at that moment. You can “cheer” them on, increasing special attack gauges and scores as you go through eight stages. This ties in with a basic theme in the game, as part of the lore says that the fighters’ colors are red to make the ships stand out and raise morale.

Raiden V’s official English website is now open.
