See Miki, Iori, Ami, And Mami Sing In The Idolmaster: Platinum Stars

Recommended Videos

Four more The Idolmaster: Platinum Stars singers have been singled out in videos from Bandai Namco. In the previous footage, we were able to see Haruka, Chihaya, Takane, and Yayoi sing. This time, Miki Hoshii, Iori Minase, Ami Futami, and Mami Futami are reintroduced to people hoping to join 765 Productions as a producer in the PlayStation 4 game. All three are heroines who have been with the series since the beginning.

Miki Hoshii:

Miki is an idol who’s been with the series since The Idolmaster first appeared on the Xbox 360, but she hasn’t always been with 765 Productions. She briefly jumped ship to 961 Production for The Idolmaster SP, before returning in The Idolmaster 2. She’s 15 years old and Visual is her strongest stat. She’s also one of the most laid back, and sometimes even lazy, idols. In her video, Miki performs “Eden.”

Iori Minase:

Iori has always been with 765 Productions, but she was part of Ritsuko’s Ryuuguu Komachi group in The Idolmaster 2 and couldn’t become part of the player’s group. Also like Miki, she’s 15 and Visual is her highest stat. She’s a blunt tsundere character who always carries her stuffed rabbit, Usa-Chan, with her. In her video, Iori performs “Nanairo Button.”

Ami Futami:

Like Iori, Ami had other commitments in The Idolmaster 2, due to her involvement with Ryuuguu Komachi. Though, for The Idolmaster and The Idolmaster SP, she and Mami were paired together and would perform under Ami’s name. She’s 13 and the younger of the two Futami twins, and as such is a little more energetic and immature. Dance is her highest stat. In her video, Ami performs “Nanairo Button.”

Mami Futami:

Even though Ami was part of Ryuuguu Komachi in The Idolmaster 2, Mami has been available in every game. She’s the older twin, which means she’s a little more mature than Ami. Dance is her highest stat, just like her twin. In her video, Mami performs “Live Kakumei de Show!”

The Idolmaster: Platinum Stars will be released on Japanese PlayStation 4s on July 28, 2016. Videos for Azusa, Makoto, Yukiho, Hibiki, and Ritsuko, the remaining five idols, have yet to be released.
