Square Enix revealed in the latest issue of Jump magazine that Final Fantasy XIII’s Snow Vivier is joining the cast as one of its guest chibi characters. [Thanks, Nova Crystallis.]
Additionally, the magazine shows a new “Heart Quests” feature, where fans of the Final Fantasy series will get to experience key episodes featuring Legend character-centered quests that are unlocked and acquired using “Ultima Gems.” You’ll also get special rewards for clearing these quests.
The magazine also reveals a new Water Frog mirage. This guy is able to inflict debuffs on enemies and also has a special ability called “Song of Spirit” that boosts your party’s magic defense.
World of Final Fantasy will release for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita on October 25 in North America, October 27 in Japan, and October 28, 2016 in Europe.
