For Honor Trailer Introduces The Katana-Wielding Orochi

The latest For Honor gameplay video puts the spotlight on the Orochi warriors of the Samurai. In a previous video, the Kensei were introduced.

Ubisoft describes the Orochi as Imperial assassins, and details the way they handle in For Honor as follows:

They roam the battlefield like ghosts, terrorizing and slaughtering those unfortunate enough to cross their path. Lightly armored and trained in the arts of stealth and deception, the Orochi dispatches enemies with a katana. Usually loyal beyond reproach, the Orochi holds the darker samurai secrets of dealing death in myriad ways, from throwing deadly knives to using a poisoned blade.

Ahead of the Tokyo Game Show, an updated Samurai trailer has also been released.

Those interested in trying out the game can sign up for a chance at one of the limited spots in the Closed Alpha running from September 15, 2016 until September 18, 2016. Alpha players will get to tinker with the progression system for the first time as well as experience three of the five multiplayer modes, which are the 1v1 Duel mode, the 2v2 Brawl mode, and the 4v4 Dominion mode.

For Honor is scheduled to release on February 14, 2017 for PlayStation 4, Windows PC, and Xbox One.
