The Yo-Kai Watch 2 demo gives people a chance to explore some of the latest additions to the series. It’s set in Harrisville, for example, the village where our hero or heroine’s grandmother lives. Since this installment sends us back in time to meet “our” grandfather, another person who befriended Yo-Kai to solve problems, this means getting a chance to see his hometown. It also provides an opportunity to check out the tweaked battle system and some of the over 350 spirits in the game. You can even try the Blasters mode, a cooperative adventure where up to four players control Yo-Kai and attempt to collect Oni Orbs while avoiding Oni.

Yo-Kai Watch Bony Spirits and Fleshy Souls will be available in the Nintendo 3DS in North America on September 30, 2016.
