In Beat ‘Em Up 99Vidas, Your Powers Grow With Every Pummeled Punk

As you beat up thugs, crooks, tiger-mask wearing wrestlers, gorilla men, and other oddballs, your chosen character will gain strength and new abilities in 99Vidas, a new beat ‘em up out on Steam.

99Vidas offers little in the way of story, instead tossing the players onto the streets to fight against anyone who gets in their way. Players can choose from eleven unlockable characters, each with varied looks and super moves, to help deal with the influx of violent weirdos, and can also do so in four-player co-op.

The enemies and bosses of 99Vidas won’t just sit around and take their beatings. They can block and dodge, and will work together rather than just watch each other get beaten up. As players beat these challenging enemies, they’ll increase the power of their combos, giving them more impressive effects and causing more damage.

99Vidas offers six stages of face-punching (along with two hidden bonus stages), as well as a versus mode for players who just want to fight against each other.
