Cooking Mama: Sweet Shop Finally Being Released Outside Of Japan

When it comes to Cooking Mama games, almost every installment has been released worldwide. The exception was Office Create’s Cooking Mama: Sweet Shop, which came to Japanese Nintendo 3DS systems on November 6, 2014. Now, almost three years later, Rising Star Games has announced it will be releasing the game in North America, Europe, Australia, and the Middle East.

In Cooking Mama: Sweet Shop, players will help Mama make 60 different dessert recipes. There are 160 different minigames you can play to create these confections. After they’re complete, they’re placed in a sweet shop. Your store expands as your repertoire grows, leading to more events. Between two and four players can also compete to see who can make the best food the quickest.

Cooking Mama: Sweet Shop will be coming to the Nintendo 3DS in North America, Europe, Australia, and the Middle East in April 2017.
