River City Ransom SP Update In Japan Adds 2-Player Co-op And Other New Features

Recommended Videos

River City Ransom SP released in Japan last October for Nintendo 3DS, but the game just got a major update that adds 2-player co-op and other new features to the beat ‘em up title.

The above is a look at the trailer that was made for River City Ransom SP’s new update. The new co-op mode allows you to team up with another friend for 2-player action via local connection.

It also added new icons for the bottom-screen map to show events that are going on. You’ll also get to check out achievements in the events encyclopedia. A new function now allows you to sell batches of items at the shop as well as make massive purchases of several items at a time.

River City Ransom SP is available in Japan for Nintendo 3DS.
