Shenmue III’s official Kickstarter page has been recently updated with a brand new video by the game’s developer, Ys Net. In the latest video, the game’s director Yu Suzuki talks a bit about his approach to building stories in his games.

Creator Yu Suzuki starts out by sharing his thoughts on the difference between the story in games and other kinds of entertainment. He then touches up on how to create a story with ideas, and we get a little teaser about the “Sword of the Seven Stars” to wrap things up.
Shenmue III is set to release sometime in December 2017 for PC and PlayStation 4.
