Yooka-Laylee Updates Will Add Dialogue Skipping And Camera Adjustments

Playtonic Games announced a few of the changes that will be arriving in the upcoming Yooka-Laylee patch. This update will offer he usual bug fixes and quality of life alterations, as well as features people have requested after playing the game.

 

Many of the additions will have to do with Yooka-Laylee’s story segments. The patch will make it easier to skip things you don’t want to see. You will be able to skip cutscenes. If you would prefer to see cutscenes, but lessen the intensity of the voice acting or be able to skip dialogue a bit, that will be possible too.

 

The camera will also be adjusted. Playtonic Games sharing the following gif to show the difference.

Yooka-Laylee is available for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. It is also coming to the Nintendo Switch in 2017.
