Touhou Kobuto V: Burst Battle will not be arriving in September 2017 as previously planned. Instead, the PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, and Nintendo Switch game will appear in North America on October 10, 2017 and Europe on October 13, 2017.

Originally, the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita game was supposed to come to Europe on June 30, 2017 and North America on July 4, 2017. Then, a Nintendo Switch version was announced and all versions of Touhou Kobuto V: Burst Battle were set to arrive in North America on September 5, 2017 and Europe on September 8, 2017. The reason given for the delay was to “accommodate the production and manufacturing of the game.”

This is the second production and manufacturing delay for NIS America in the past week. Culdcept Revolt, for the Nintendo 3DS, was delayed from August 29, 2017 in North America and September 1, 2017 in Europe until October 3, 2017 in North America and October 6, 2017 in Europe.
